how can i rent 41 bucks creek?
First let us know what days you would like to stay with us; you might want to check our availability calendar. If the house is available during the time frame you desire, you may block it by signing a lease and paying the 50% deposit.
is there a minimal rental term in the summer?
Yes, between the months of July and August, the minimum rental terms is one week, from Saturday to Saturday.
what do i need to bring?
- Linens, including towels and sheets
- Food and provisions
- Paper products, such as toilet paper and paper towels
will the house be clean when i arrive?
Our wonderful cleaning staff will ensure that the house is cleaned prior to your arrival.
Is there garbage/recycling pickup?
Yes! WE have weekly garbage pickup twice a week and a weekly recycling pickup. It’s easy.

what is the cost for renting 41bC in the summer?
2024 summer rental fees are as follows. per week:
- Rental fee is $3,400+
- Cleaning fee $260
- Lodging tax of 14.45% over the rental and cleaning fee
- Security Fee $350 (fully refundable upon inspection)
DO you have bikes/kayaks/paddleboards for renter use?
Due to liability issues, we do not provide this type of equipment, however, we will be sure to give you various options for rental places that we have used in the past.
what is the policy on pets?
No pets allowed. No exceptions.
what if i need assistance/repairs during my stay?
If something is not operational or is missing during your stay, please contact us immediately so that we can address the issue immediately. We will also provide you with a cell number that you can use in the event of an emergency.
